This policy explains how Elite Exterior Cleaning Ltd (trading as Elite Jetwashing Services, and referred to here as "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information when you use this website or request services from us. We are committed to protecting your privacy in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

Elite Exterior Cleaning Ltd is a business based in Bolton, Greater Manchester, providing exterior cleaning services across the North West.

For the purposes of UK GDPR, we are the "data controller" of any personal information you share with us.

What personal information we collect

We only collect the information we need to give you a quote and deliver our services:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address (optional)
  • Your postcode (so we know where the job is)
  • The service you are enquiring about
  • Any message or details you choose to add
  • Technical data your browser sends (IP address, browser type, page visited) for analytics

We do not collect special category data, financial data, or anything sensitive.

How we use your information

We use your personal information for these specific purposes:

  • To respond to your quote request and provide the service you have asked about
  • To contact you about your job, to confirm dates, give updates, follow up after
  • To send an invoice and take payment
  • To follow up with you about a review or maintenance reminder, only if you consent
  • To improve our website (anonymised analytics)

We will never:

  • Sell your data to anyone
  • Share it with third parties for marketing
  • Use it for purposes you have not agreed to

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal information under the following lawful bases:

  • Legitimate interest, responding to your enquiry, providing the service, and contacting you about your job
  • Contract, to fulfil a quoted job once you have accepted it
  • Consent, for any non-essential cookies and any optional follow-up marketing

Who we share your information with

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run our business:

  • Supabase (EU-hosted database), to store your enquiry securely so we can reply to it
  • Resend, to send transactional emails (quote confirmations, follow-ups)
  • Vercel, to host this website
  • Google Analytics, anonymised analytics, only if you accept cookies

All of these are reputable providers with their own UK/EU GDPR compliance. None of them receive your information for their own marketing purposes.

How long we keep your information

  • Quote enquiries we never convert: 12 months, then deleted
  • Completed jobs: 7 years (UK tax records requirement)
  • Analytics: anonymised after 14 months

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
  • Ask us to delete your information (right to be forgotten)
  • Object to us using your information
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Take your data to another provider (data portability)
